Kwinana Hornets are in joint partnership with Kwinana Recquatic for all training within the club. Kwinana Recquatic has great facilities and plenty of lane space. Recquatic Squads is a program aimed for all levels of swimming and aims to continue to improve all swimmers and lead them through the swimming path they wish to take.

The coaching staff wish all our squads members, the parents, supporters and community the very best for christmas and hopes for a fast, enjoyable and prosperous new year!!

Squads will break up on Friday December 18th 2009 and will return in the new year on Monday 4th January 2010.

Squad Memberships

Kwinana Recquatic Swim Squads offer multiple memebrship categories to cater for all levels of swimming. Prices start at $55 for 12 sessions of swimming about $4.50 a session. All equipment (recommend you bring along fins), lane space, entry, and dry sessions are included. It is expected all members of Gold and Silver squads make efficient time in order to complete the appropriate dry exercises before commencing there sessions. We encourage all members to join the Kwinana Swimming Club at the same time as joining the Kwinana Recquatic Squads program. All members of squads should swim with there own cap, goggles, drink and swimming fins.

Gold Squads

Gold squads is the top level of swimming available at Kwinana Recquatic. These sessions work on building the strength of the swimmer through dry and abiltity catered programs whilst fine tuning technique, dives, turns and devloping the five swimming strokes. Non-threatening environment, friendly coach and fully structured squad.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 4:30pm to 6pm (PM Sessions).

Tuesday - AM sessions have currently been cancelled due to lack of numbers and interest. Thank you to Fraser and Caitlin our main attendees. :)

Thursday - 4:30pm to 5:30pm (Dry Session).

 

Silver Squads

Silver squads is the second level of swimming available at Kwinana Recquatic. These sessions work on developing the swimmer through dry and abiltity catered programs whilst fine tuning technique, dives, turns and devloping the five swimming strokes. Non-threatening environment, friendly coach and insight to a structured squad - perfect for swimmers just beginning to take a more serious side to swimming.

Junior Lifeguard Club

Junior Lifeguard Club is a unique program for all swimmers. Levels swimming based it works on a squad - lessons relationship providing swimmers with a bigger workout, more options and more fun. Sessions work on developing and progressing swimming skils whilst fine tuning level requirements and technqiue. Non-threatening environment, friendly coach and insight to a structured squad - perfect for swimmers thinking about squads and/or swimmers wanting a little more than level swimming.

Wednesday - 3:40pm to 4:25pm (PM Session).
